TPM: Movement and Posture Screening

Injury prevention and performance enhancement technology

Using The Performance Matrix (TPM) online screening platform we offer a complete full body movement and posture analysis with our qualified ‘movement specialists’. TPM screening highlights any issues you may have regarding your posture, alignment, flexibility, core stability, co-ordination, strength and movement pattern quality - in just one assessment.

TPM accurately identifies any remaining ‘weak links’ and 'movement imperfections' which negatively affect performance, desired training intensity and self-confidence to push yourself without fear of injury.

We use TPM after treating and successfully managing the area of your pain, to then direct and drive your ongoing individual rehabilitation plan. We also use TPM for NEW clients BEFORE they have a pain or issues, due to its injury prevention prowess, and we help clients look after their movement health with annual TPM screens to regularly ‘MOT’ movement and posture health, catching any issues early BEFORE they break down into pain.

After a re-screening you are presented with a detailed analysis of your cross-referenced results and changes to your movement and posture, highlighting progress made.
