Rebuilding confidence, one move at a time
We started RehabLab Physiotherapy Limited ten years ago with a range of physio, sports massage and osteopathic services because we believed people deserved more than a quick fix. We wanted to create a space where every person feels heard, supported, and fully understood. A place where your goals come first, and your treatment is built around you.
We take the time to listen, learn your story, and create a plan that is truly yours. No two people move the same, and no two recoveries are alike. Whatever your goal, we will help you feel stronger, move better, and get back to doing what you love.

Our approach
Your recovery is a partnership. We will listen, assess, advise, explain, and guide you, giving you the tools to take control of your progress.
Our first appointments are always a full hour because your voice and getting to the route cause of your issue as well as completing a first treatment session matters. Through our physiotherapy and osteopathy service client journeys, we build one-on-one, personalised treatment plans that go beyond quick fixes and create lasting change.
You will leave each session feeling better than when you walked in, supported, understood, and confident in your next step.
RehabLab Clinics
Our clinic is part of a thriving wellness community in the Isle of Man, Douglas and in the Victory House building itself. With healthcare rooms available to hire within our Clinic, association to other medical and healthcare professional business working in Victory House and access to Prime Performance gym we can go above and beyond your full mind and body healthcare needs.

Thank you to Kelvin and Ben! Thanks to the work they put in over the last year, and the run program Ben designed for me. I completed the Winter Ultra Marathon yesterday without any real discomfort (other than the expected aches from running close to 60km).
I wouldn’t have managed this with out their hard work, I was told to give up road running by Doctor’s and have ran my fastest marathon this year in 4 hours 14 min (my best time was 5 hours 46 min) and completing my first Ultra. This was achieved through the work put in with Rehablab.
I look forward to booking in with Kelvin again for December, as I turn to my next big run.

Kelvin was very helpful. He performed a thorough assessment of my problem explaining very clearly what he was doing and why. The exercise program he has provided is very clear, with pictures and videos enabling me to check I am doing the exercises correctly.

Brilliant team! As an osteopath, Philip is exceptional. His knowledge, attention to detail and careful approach are reassuring and he’s successfully helped my lower back and knee issues. Add to this the brilliant Kelvin, who is excellent at taping and acupuncture and has a phenomenal knowledge which he shares so clearly. Each encounter with the team, ably led by Kate P has been superb and I have no hesitation in recommending every aspect of the services they provide.

I’ve seen two other physios over the years and Ben was by far the best in terms of initial assessment and advice which followed. He works to tailor specific rehab for you rather than just chucking standard exercises at an injury. He was also considerate of the injury and didn’t overdo treatment during the initial assessment, so for the first time, I left an initial consultation feeling better, rather than worse.

Lynn was extremely patient and helpful in my assessment – she also helped me understand the cause of my injury rather than a quick fix approach. Totally recommend a visit to sort out any ongoing niggles you may have.
