Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask all clients to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- More than 24 hours’ notice – No charge
- Less than 24 hours’ notice – Full session fee may apply
This policy allows us to offer the appointment to other clients in need of care.
We understand that unexpected situations can arise, so please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.

Late Arrival Policy
Please note that we kindly request all clients to arrive on time for their appointments.
We understand that delays can occasionally happen. However, as we are a busy practice with carefully scheduled appointments, arriving late may result in a shortened session. In cases where your therapist has another client immediately after you, we may be unable to extend your appointment beyond the originally scheduled time.
Where possible, we will do our best to accommodate the full appointment duration. However, if this is not possible, the full fee for the originally booked session will still apply.
