Refund, Service Exchange and Gift Card Policy
At RehabLab Physiotherapy, we are committed to providing the best care and service to all our clients. Please read the following refund policy to understand the conditions under which refunds are granted.
- Refund Requests: Refunds for services purchased at our clinic must be requested within 6 months from the original purchase date. After 6 months, all requests for refunds will be considered void, and no refunds will be issued.
- Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our clinic at 07624 310311 or info@rehablabphysio.co.uk within the 6-month period. Provide details about your original purchase, and our team will review your request and respond accordingly.
- Non-Refundable Services: Please note that certain services, such as packages or promotional offers, may be non-refundable depending on their terms. Details will be provided at the time of purchase.
- Service Exchange: If a service is purchased and later exchanged for one of lesser value, please note that we cannot issue a refund for the difference in price. Instead, a credit will be applied to your account, which you can use to offset the cost of a future appointment or service. This credit must be used within 6 months from the date it is issued. After 6 months, any remaining credit will expire and be forfeited. Please be aware that service exchanges and the application of credits must be handled by our administrative staff. These transactions are not available for online booking.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards purchased from RehabLab Physiotherapy are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. After this 6-month period, the gift card will expire, and any remaining balance will be forfeited. We do not offer extensions on expired gift cards. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
